1st January 12st 13
3rd January 12st 11
10th January 12st 11
17th January 12st 10
I'll take that, not expecting nor particularly needing to lose the whole 7lbs this month.
Slowly, slowly.....

January 3rd - 13st 11
January 10th - 13st 9.5
January 17th - 13st 6.5

This is going much better than my November efforts. Amazing what difference Dry January can make. Already looking forward to piling it all back on instantly after 10 pints, a kebab for lunch and a pizza for dinner at Forest on February 1st

Weigh in number 4 this morning...

1/1/25...112.8 kg ( 17 st 10 lbs )
9/1/25...108.7 kg (17 st 1lb )
16/1/25...108.0 kg ( 17 st )
21/1/25...106.7 kg ( 16 st 11lbs )

Nearly a stone in 3 weeks, happy with that...

So much down to this thread..Lets keep it going...Some great motivating posts on here esp one day sitting watching telly when someone said 'it's a lovely day for a walk before the bad weather hits'...Read it and went out for a 6km walk which would not have done without that post...brilliant !

Tough month this, no training and a some bad things on my plate... 7Ibs is way out of reach, have to stick to my short term goal this month - always lose some weight from one Wednesday to another.

Day 22: 16st 0lb

Disappointing despite being really disciplined this week. Gone up a pound since last Wed. Consistently in the 15s at the start of the week but definitely stuck.

I'm wondering if the issue is portion sizes? I've skipped snacks and sweets and eating between meals. Eating loafs of veg.

7lb is going to be a stretch, but I always intended to keep going though Feb and March to get to 15st. I'm not removing January's target - still going for it - but I'm also looking at longer term losses.

Portion control definitely an issue for me……..it’s worth weighing out everything for a meal or two just to understand how much you’re taking in relative to ‘recommended’ portions and associated calories (I always find with things like bowls of cereal for example my ‘normal’ bowl is about double what a ’serving’ says on the box).

That said, as others have noted on here it’s quite usual for weight loss to keep flattening for a week or two and then dropping again, just stick with the good habits

Another one who's levelled out this week. Not too disappointed as I've not been 100% on it. It's probably the kick I needed to help me get that other pound shifted.

Good luck everyone!
