Kio RDZ wasn’t building anything.

He didn’t care about our young players or our future as a club, that’s why he wanted to sign more 27-32 year olds and Fati on loan. He just wanted success in Europe last season to boost his reputation to get a bigger job.
Well that first part is absolute bollocks. It’s funny now people have written of Adingra as crap now because FH can’t get the best out of him, he scored six goals or near that from the wing in his first season in the PL. For an example.
Enciso saying he has no relationship with FH is also a bad sign.

Who was never really a Brighton player, but an important part of the clubs plan and business . . . Was shoehorned in, a shop window. . .played well, he is good, and we cashed in.
What an UTTERLY bizarre comment.

Ben White was on Albion's books for more than SEVEN years.

There is more to a football club than the first team, you know.

RDZ was in it for himself that was blatantly obvious.

Enciso has great potential, nothing more yet. I completely disagree that he gives his all - his defensive work and tracking back is one of his big weaknesses.

The right loan could do wonders for his development. Just think next season we could have Facundo and Enciso back and realizing their potential together with us.
Trouble with Enciso is that he, probably via his representation, believes he has already made it.... that's why he is agitating for a change... like Undav before him, he thinks he should be starting, so his option and preference is to move to Spain for the language, sunshine and Mediterranean glamour.. even if it is to a team at the bottom of the table.

I think undav was just homesick TBF.

Enciso is just a spoilt brat. He should be sticking around fighting for his team here. But no , he wants to join a name on loan instead, a name that will almost certainly go down. And one that will chew him up and spit him out.

And perhaps he thinks that's what's happening to him here?

I don't know how to tell you this but you needs to hear it.

RDZ has gone. And he is not coming back.

It's over man, you gotta move on.

If he seriously looks at his performances and think he has made it then he won't progress. IF that is the case it's probably best to cash in now as he will never be worth more.
I hope he sees where he can improve and listens to the coaching staff. That way he WILL make it.

What!? What are you on about!?
Against Arsenal we kept 3 players on the halfway line when they had corners , this was an excellent tactic which messed up their corner routine . Enciso is an AM - a forward not a defender , so of little use at an opposition corner other than to make a "forwards tackle" so it makes sense to leave a few players like him up the pitch for a breakaway . Do keep up .

I have no idea what that has to do with Enciso not working hard defensively or working for the team at all.

Jumped at the move to Arsenal yes, but Ben White actually stayed quiet through that whole Leeds saga. Never heard him moan once, or beg to go to Leeds.
There was more than a few on the dirty thread that thought he was more than just a bystander when it came to their propaganda about him all through the #freebenwhite BS . He was at the least complicit all through that when if he had wanted he could simply have pointed out that he was a BHAFC player .

I think you're forgetting that outside of training and playing, Ben White doesn't give a shit about football. It's a job that he's good at, but not his passion.

I honestly believe that during the close season, when he was off in Dubai or wherever, he barely gave it any thought unless his agent got in contact. I suspect he said nothing because there was nothing to say.

What an absolute insult to all those young lads who would give their right arm to play at a good level , he seems to have a similar view on his sport as Chris Eubank does to boxing .

Why? He was probably quite enjoying the fuss, and we certainly were enjoying it. There was no reason for him to comment, or any argument to say he should have done. Saying nothing was the professional option.

Tbf Ben's ABSOLUTE WANKER of an agent worked pretty hard to make his client look like a **** pushing for a move so I can see how that has stuck with some, though those of us who followed and remembers the dealings as they happened will also remember that Ben remained quiet and professional (as far as we know) with Leeds and his agent doing the shit stirring. That some of it splashed on Ben is unlucky and probably made some people get a bad impression of him. He's also not a media-whore so it's not like he'll whisper nice things in your ear to like him more either.

You don't become a Premier League footballer without being one of the hardest working players in any academy. If people want to become top footballers they need to spend less time amputating their arms and more time working hard, like Ben with all certainty has. As for Chris Eubanks... isn't that Jay Lenos guitarist or something?

That`s the point he isn`t because RVN doesn`t want to start him , and he took all of 5 games to "develope" with Leicester , he could have done the same with us .

Which would have been 5 games that Minteh or Georginio etc wouldn't have played. We have too many talented prospects to give them all time.

I'd still like to see your proof that these players don't want to come back.
