Because in his limited game time with Hull, he scored 0.53 goals per 90 minutes. Clubs know he is capable of scoring 20 goals in the Championship and are willing to take the chance. But Millwall is last chance saloon for this time in the Championship. Hope he grabs the chance with both hands. Sunderland were a little too good.

I think he’s right to have one more go at that level personally. He’s still only 25, and if he doesn’t make it this time then I think the level of club he’ll go to next will be the same as if he made the decision you are talking about now.

Bang the goals in at Millwall for a couple of seasons and the route back to the Premier League is back open. It slams shut if he takes the route you suggest.
