The fella managed a german league second division side and had no pedigree of playing any great standard. How much resprect do the squad have ? several older than him and his pre and post match interviews are awful with absoluetly zero inspiration or charisma. Nah wrong choice. We will achieve nothing with this fella in charge. Tony dropped the ball here

Do you base all of your football opinions on individual charisma?

100% agree, we wont sack him until the end of the season but he's definitely not the man for the job
How does anyone today have the knowledge of this for certain? Forget whether he may or may not turn out to he any good, its just literally impossible to know?

Are we now club that gives a manager until Christmas and then sack them.if they're outside the top 10? What absurd sorcery is this?

I actually came on here after the game really annoyed with him and his gameplay today but have found myself oddly defending him.

The absolute certainty people hold after a few matches in one direction or another is completely terrifying.

I can't see us getting better and from here on out I think the inevitable will happen by the end of the season. Just a matter of time.

There’s no way he’s going anywhere mid season… One thing I’m certain of is that we as a club wouldn’t like to admit a mistake of this magnitude publicly as it’ll damage the brand… he’ll be out in the summer if this trajectory continues, although I’m not convinced things are as bad as people are ranting about… just a load of pent up frustration being outed after a home draw in the PL… I mean, the humanity.

He’s young and inexperienced at this level. He needs time. He’s also been massively handicapped by all our injuries and not being able to field a settled side. Despite that, he’s shown a fair bit of promise. The major issues at the moment are the players making basic errors and/or not being clinical. Not really his fault. There is ZERO chance of Fab being sacked.

as i’ve said before, sacking him mid-season gets us nowhere. he’s still got a lot to learn about the squad and about himself as a coach, and i think that it’s fair that he’s given the time to do that. and this is tony bloom we’re talking about, the man who rejected sami hyypia’s resignation first time round, so there’s zero chance he gets sacked. but, right now, in my own opinion, does he look like a manager who can maintain the levels we’ve seen over the last couple of seasons, let alone maybe get us to the next level? not for me, clive

Do you think it is working/going to work?

Like I said above, tonight was an excruciating watch. However, if Enciso's early shot went in, it would've been a different story.

Obviously, this winless run has been a testing time but I'm not going to throw my toys out of the pram any time soon. We're you expecting us to romp to the title?

So far this season, we've looked like we might challenge for Europe, which is good enough for me. It's not as if we're leaking goals every week and languishing in the bottom half.

I'm not sure what tactical tweaks we need to make but I do think we've got a Danny Welbeck shaped hold up front.
