On an email somewhere. 20% off. Someone posted it was related to away ticket purchase. I thought it is was open to all.?

It was for people that had bought tickets of West Ham away. After purchasing tickets you'd recieve an email where you had to fill in a brief survey (do you usually take train to away games etc). Once you'd done that you got emailed a code for 20% off trainline purchase.

Yes. I was aware of that, but stupidly assumed when they gave Mon 18 as deadline, I had until 2359 not random 10am.
This post, was a reply to someone who was unaware of the yellow shirt discount code.
Hard work isn't it.

A handful of returns / comps have just gone up on the site (Leicester too).

Emerson received his fifth yellow of the campaign last night, so he'll be available to face us, but four of West Ham's midfielders are one yellow away from suspension heading into Bournemouth away next Monday: Paqueta, Soucek, Rodriguez, and Soler.

What's the best station to head for if travelling from/to Brighton for West Ham? I'm guessing Stratford station will be heaving as it's the last Saturday before Christmas.

Best give her your ticket then 😧
Seriously offer her the ticket she will decline and the points you will collect for the gesture, well worth it.
Have considered your advice this am. However given the proximity to a massive shopping centre with late night Xmas shopping, I am not going to risk it !
Bagged 2 Ipswich tickets with overnight to make up.
Thanks for the advice though.

That's a shame, the discount is valid for tickets booked up to the 21st Dec but, as you say, the discount needed to be applied for before the 18th as that is when the emails with the code were sent out.
If you are travelling with 3 or more people and buy your travel cards at the same time you’ll get a third off
