It’s a different line, north London overground. It’s a 12 minute easy stroll from the stadium and a great location for a pre and post match craft ale pint.

I went to see Fulham there the other season. Arrived at Hackney Wick and went to the Howling Hops place and then nice stroll along the canal. After the game I allowed myself to be shepherded with other Fulham fans into the long queue for Stratford which was slow and painful (especially after losing to 2 goals that should have been disallowed). Took 4 hours from final whistle to get home.

Yes, just turn right on leaving the stadium instead of left!
As an aside the last time i tried to go (admittedly some time ago) via International it was not covered on a one day travelcard.
