Nov 29th : 12sts 0.75lb

So only lost 2.25lbs but every little bit helps - just got to keep it off now which may be tough over the Christmas period 😜

I'd definitely be up for doing this again in January.
Half a lb a week is getting on for two stone over a year. Slow and steady!!

Really good, but surprising week for me having 'lost' another 3 lbs.

I'm carrying on as I'm still very much overweight. The next few days will be about consolidating, consolidating, consolidating.

A win tonight v Saints will make it a perfect day.

November 8th - 14st 5lb
November 15th - 14st 4lb
November 23rd - 14st 2lb
November 29th - 13st 13lb

Boom! Into the 13s is a bonus for me.

I know there's a day to go, but Ijust wanted to say a massive thanks to the OP and everyone else involved. This thread was exactly the motivation I needed to shift some timber.
Well done great effort.

I'm not planning a "Lose 7lbs in December" thread because realistically, I'd like to exit December weighing what I do going in.

So I'll try to lose a bit more before the holidays, try to maintain my good habits across Christmas, but not punish myself, and hope to be similar weight to Dec 1st by Dec 31st.

If there is demand though, we could do the Lose 7lbs in January thread.
What about a 'Don't put on any weight before Christmas (and then go for it LARGE!)' thread? :lolol:

Was getting cheased off as had bounced between 96.2 and 96.6kg for a week (doing same food as previous 8weeks) this morning 95.2kg! The same happened from 97ish to 96ish, now lost 4.7kg in November (10.3lbs). Celebrate with pie at match tonight!

I’m now stress eating my way through the next 90 minutes on crackers and pate - I’m glad I don’t have crisps in the house

SE9, obviously
1st Nov: 120.3kg / 18st 13lbs / 265.2lbs
30th Nov: 118.3kg / 18st 9lbs / 260.8lbs

Weight loss: 2.0kg / 4.4lbs

So whichever I way I look at it, it's a win. Not the 7lbs I wanted, but probably considerably more than if this thread hadn't been subconsciously calling me to account all month. Thanks CBH for setting this up. I look forward to any future events.

Day 1: 86.5kg (13st 9lb)
Day 30: 83.15kg (13st 1lb)

Weight loss: 3.35kg (7.4lb)

Is that it? Or do I have the opportunity to improve my loss / risk putting more on today?

I managed to put on 0.9kg yesterday and my only ‘slip-up’ was to have an M&S turkey sandwich on the train home last night after the game. Must’ve been a really heavy sandwich!

Day 1: 16st 4lb
Day 30: 15st 10.7lb
Loss: 7.3lb

I promise, no cheating.

3 hour drive home last night from the Amex and could have stopped at every garage for snacks and every drive thru for fast food (so frustrated by the utter predictability of that result), but I didn't, knowing that I'd have to share my weight today.

Swapped supper for a Huel on the drive up. Prepared (and ate) 3 boiled eggs to replace snacks.

I think I'll carry on eating more consciously. I will continue to weigh myself, but won't post the deets. I won't hold back over Xmas, but I will avoid "thoughtless" calories. If people want it, I'll start another thread for January.

Well done everyone who joined in, whatever your weight. It feels like a lot of people did really good work this month. And thanks for your support and encouragement. I genuinely couldn't, and wouldn't, have done it without you.

No, thank YOU, CBH. Inspiration and motivation comes from all kinds of places, but your thread was clearly was the right thing at the right time.

I nudged back up to 14st this morning, but I'll be back on it tomorrow trying to knock another few pounds off before Christmas (and then hopefully not putting it ALL back on before January!

Well done everyone - combined, that's a whole load of weight we've collectively shifted. Let's not go and undo all the good work

Just seen this thread. I'm up for the challenge, what do I have to do?
If you can schedule in liposuction surgery, a 26 mile marathon and eat or drink nothing all before midnight, you’re in with a chance 🙂
