I landed back in the UK early this morning off an overnight flight from Bangkok so am feeling a tad jet lagged....dear God this match is not helping my attempts to push on through and stay awake until a normal-ish bedtime. Genuinely nodded off after half an hour or so. Woke up just before half time and am already wishing I hadn't bothered.

Every time I watch Ryan Yates play, I find myself wondering how on earth he gets paid to be a Premier League footballer. He really is absolute village. But runs around a lot and gets a few bookings for his "enthusiastic" tackling, so it seems the Forest fans love him. Dreadfully mediocre player.

I think if Chris Wood had followed that up, he'd have reached Henderson before the ball did.
