That is certainly a 'take'
Indeed. While I don't whatsoever mind bringing youngsters on in the final 5-10 minutes of a match we're set to win, starting Duffus would do a number on Evan's confidence. If he's good enough to start for us against Wolves in the Carabao Cup, he can deputize for Danny against the same opposition in the league.

Love that man! 😍
Danny is a class human being.

You don't get applauded off by another set of fans when they are losing, unless you've spent an entire career gaining the respect of the football public.

Hope to see him back soon. In my mind if we can get something out of him before the international break, that would be a bonus

We have Ferguson and Rutter available, plus Adingra, Enciso and Minteh who have all played there in the past. We won't be taking any risks to rush Welbeck back.
Wolves are against the wall, so will fight hard. Being the central striker could be even more bruising than usual.

I would keep Rutter where he is, and put Minteh in. He has just a bit more physicality than Adingra.

Are you saying Minteh as the central striker?

Bold thought considering he’s never played as a striker before. Either wing and as number 10, but never as a 9.

Stick with Evan, the goals will come when he’s back up to speed.

Minteh is the fastest player on the training pitch, at 35.4 km an hour. Over a short distance, he's electric.
