Veltman is rapidly becoming one of my favourite all time Brighton players. Shithouse on the pitch, absolute class act off it.
One of the reasons I really like Jack Grealish among others. No point in getting wound up about shitehousery. Take Martinez at Villa, folk getting all annoyed. If he was one of ours they'd love him.

Even Hinsh got in on the act today throwing another ball on the pitch - learning from the best. I don’t think the ref saw it either - just assumed from the screaming geordies he did it so booked him - typical homer decision.
There was also a lovely moment when he tried to take a throw that he absolutely knew was not ours. A great impression of a man who looked 'surprised' to see it had gone the other way. Funny.

Nope, not for me. Veltman is a class act away from the actual play, whereas Martinez is a weapons-grade bellend.

I'm conflicted. It's a bit too Arsenal-y and Manchester City-y for me. I'd rather we didn't do as much as in this game, we were at it..... constantly. Got tired of it tbf.
I think most of it is pantomime villains and all that…

Ours must be up there in the top 3 for shithousing. The ability to steal fouls and take pressure off especially under the cosh for long periods today. Really excellent stuff away from home we’ve improved this side no end. We used to be so naive not any more
Didn’t the shithousery start before a ball was kicked and forced Newcastle to change ends and attack their favoured end in the first half ?
