Take That - all round quality, top tunes, and led by hunky Gary. My all time faves.

S Club 7 - quite simply, these guys had EVERYTHING, from quality minge to catchy pop numbers.

Westlife - I defy anyone not to be moved by the cute Irish crooners.
Only just seen this, shouldn't really laugh but...

In no order.

Peter and the Test Tube Babies got a mention earlier, Peter is a good friend of mine and whilst they did produce some good stuff they couldn't do it consistently and he would probably agree with that.

In no order but regularly blasting out here whilst sitting watching life on the coast in sunny NSW:

Bruce Springsteen
Pink Floyd
Paul Weller (Jam, Style Council & solo)
Leonard Cohen
Van Morrison

Many more regularly rotating through iPhone and out of the PC where there are some 10.000+ tunes currently residing but these 5 are always in the mix somewhere!

Interpol - Perfected the atmosphere laid out by Joy Division, and with tonnes of great tunes.
The National - MASSIVELY underrated band. Fantastic songwriting and lyrics.
Radiohead - Nothing can be said that hasn't already been.
Mew - Love 'em. Mainstream rock chords, played with very unusual time signatures.
Depeche Mode - Down at the dark disco.
