the men who actiually watch will go for Leona
If you're suggesting that Leona'll win because lusting heterosexual blokes will vote for her, I think you'll find they're a tiny fraction of the show's demographic.

The X-Factor audience is predominantly teenage girls, plus a fair number of mums. That's why the likes of Shayne, Gareth, Will, Steve Brookstein etc tend to win. Michelle McMassive's the only female winner of one of these things, and that was a lot to do with female 'support the fattie in us all' sisterhood than male votes.

That said, I do think Leona'll win this year, but it won't necessarily be panting blokes who win it for her.

And yes, she would get it. :p :p :lolol:

She's got at least two good points:p

Her singing is woeful though, I will agree!

Perry, you don't happen to also be a fan of Messrs Green and Flynn by any chance?!

I think we should set up the NSC sub group known as the R&J society!!

As I walk this land
Of broken dreams
I have visions of many things
But happiness is just an illusion
filled with sadness and confusion

What becomes of the broken hearted?
Who had love that's now departed
I know I've got to find some kind of piece of mind baby

The fruits of love grow all around
But for me they come a tumbling down
Every day heartaches grow a little stronger
I can't stand this pain much longer

My memory fails me at this point! But, with the obvious exception of Girls Aloud, a more poignant set of lyrics I could not wish to read:bowdown:

A young man who has never shrieked the lyrics of 'Agadoo' quite poignantly at any notable celebratory party!

That's a VERY good shout. Of course, I did forget Agadoo. Impossible to do some may say, but forgive me a moment of weakness.

Incidentally, let's be honest, Agadoo is CLASS but it's still not Black Lace's best song - SUPERMAN anybody?

I much prefer 'Billy Don't be a Hero' by Paper Lace.

I don't know that one, Perry. Maybe it's just TOO refined for me?

Anyway, I can't resist. Picture the scene, Robson's forehead contains a singular bead of sweat, and his imperious physique is at it's most stunning. Jerome is looking simply divine with his boyish good looks and sexy blonde locks. Both men are wearing nothing but a smile. Then, suddenly, they are off:

"Somethings gotten hold of my heart
Keeping my soul and my senses apart
somethings gotten into my life
cutting its way through my dreams like a knife
turning me up and turning me down
making me smile and making me frown.

In a world that was small
I once lived in a time that was peace with no trouble at all
but then you came my way
and a feeling i know shook my heart made me want you to stay
all of my nights and all of my days"

LEGENDARY:bowdown:

What was legendary was the little choreographed jig they did on the roof all dressed up in 60's American High School Jackets.
