May be I am a bit "tinted" but if you think the stadium issue is not relevant then you are very naive.

If i thought you were a prat, which i do, i would definately tell you to your face. The stadium is relevant, but if we're trying to sign experienced players, they are unlikely to still be playing when when the stadium gets built.

They have then got to consider all their own options - what offers have come in for them, what the salaries or length of contracts are, whether to move house, what division etc. Even when they do move fairly quickly, these things take time.

The Albion RARELY sign players this early in the pre-season, we usually get a spate of activity in the first half of July and loan signings thereafter until the end of August. Why should this season be any different?

Last season was a write-off, and the club have to be bolder in their signings, so I don't blame them for going after the likes of Constantine as it shows ambition.
