Why is no-one having a go at that idiot scholes

iv been feed up with hearing people moan about scholsey and owen well micheal might not have scored but was involved in 3 of the goals last nite and scholsey had a decent game to!!

we english build these players up then when they have a couple of bad games we hound them out of the team! iv had faith in the pear of them cos i know wat fantastic players they both are!!

to be fair i don't actully think they've been playing that badly,last nite was the 1st time we'd actully started playing to owen,s strenghts by playing the ball down the channels but thought he'd done ok in the other games and scholsey hadn't had a bad game but last night he started getting to 2 dangerous positions and after scoring got his confidence back and had a couple of decent long rangers

Ok hands up

I thought Scholes played well last night and was instrumental in opening up the Croatian midfield many a time allowing Lampard and Gerrard space to release the forwards.

Didn't we play Portugal in the Quarters of the WC in 1966?
