Bloody knackered and cannot sleep, will probably doze through the game this afternoon. Considering taking the dog out but he is not looking very interested.

Off to Andover after the game today to see Dave Gorman, which I am looking forward too already and listening to this mornings Ashes, if only Soccer AM was on three hours early.

Looks very nice out across Brighton right now and the seagulls are in fine noisy spirts.
