What is a "bubble" ???

Its Cockney rhyming slang-bubble bath = laugh:

When Das said "Who wants a bubble for Palace?" he meant " Who wants to have a laugh at Palace"!

He might have gone on to say "Who wants a bubble and a sing song round the old Joanna in the rub a dub dub at Palace" which would translate to us non Cockney types as "Who wants to have a giggle and a piano accompanied music session in the pub at Palace".

Comprendez?

Bubble escort - more excuse to stuff the match up the the authorities collective jacksie, save your match ticket money, go up there anyway, find a pub, and enjoy a day out in beautiful South London

I don't think CPFC v BHAFC is quite as bad as deserving a bubble yet, it's only a bubble (bath) on the park at the present

Well I was planning leaving work at 4 and travelling on the train. If the club do this "bubble" can you still collect your ticket at the ground?
