I truely believe Tony Blair is the worst Prime Minister ever inflicted on this poor nation. I don't know where to start. The other one cited all the time is Thatcher but I maintain Blair is a far far worse PM than Thatcher ever was.

Can someone tell me ANYTHING good Blair has done for this country in 10 years.

Blair by a way, the man relies on spin and has done pretty much nothing good and his legacy will be a pointless war and being Bush lapdog

Got rid put of the boom and bust short-termism that f***ed up families' lives under the Tories.

Given that the two you mention are also the longest serving in recent history I think your argument is absolutely flawed.

Personally I had a real dislike for Charles Watson-Wentworth, Marquess of Rockingham.

Hove, f***ing ACTUALLY.
He did do some good in the start with the minimum wage etc etc.

Now all he has acheived is the creation of a state with no respect with a goverment who constantly lie and distort the truth aqs the role model to society.

Regardless of what his supporters on here say GARTH, TB/New Labour are heading for the biggest election defeat of all time, and they know it.

Even Churchill was a useless PM during peacetime wasn't he?
Yes. He even had a stroke at Number 10 but no-one noticed.

I can't help but be slightly struck by the fact that he was the current queen's first PM though.

Margret Thatcher in 1979 - I've got a great idea. Why don't I try and destroy the social fabric of the UK. That's bound to get the Tories returned 4 times in a row.

Disagree with her by all means but don't attribute her with such nefarious plans. As Arthur Scargill described her - she was a class warrior. A middle-class warrior.

Seeing as the working (and upper) classes had right royally f***ed up and bankrupted the country, it was up to the middle classes with our middle-class attitudes (of paying our way, minding our own business, relying on ourselves to get us out of our predicament, looking to help our neighbours when we were in a position, distrust of debt) to be able to to turn it round and get the UK on its feet again.

The worst PM? John Major for me. A lying, two-faced coward.

Blair's finest moment was after Diana died, he helped keep the show on the road after the Royals went incognito for 6 days.
