The sugar buzz was great, made the back of my head tingle, but it wasn't worth the nasal pain.

Oregano is definately best avoided. Nutmeg in small doses gets you stoned (but gives you a hangover from hell) but too much leads to coma or death. Smoking the dried pith from banana skins makes you giggle a bit and your breath smells yummy.
