i imagien there's thousands of city fans in london alone who will coem down for this - i hope they don't get tickets in the home end on the sly.

I wonder if it was the part that the stewards outside couldn't use common sense and see there was a problem as the ticket collection queue was just getting worse, with people becoming agitated, and not making the sensible decision early to get someone in authority on the case before it got too late...

The club officials were on the case at 7.15 actually!!

Then they will probably tell you that they are not paid to make decisions etc.

I am not sure who was dealing with it but i know it was made aware to the officials

Well I do wonder, as nobody seemed to have the common sense / nouce to make a snap decision on the situation.

They were trying work out if there was a steward being chucked around the away end or if it was a 7ft bright orange fish

Procedure means we can't just make certain decisions. The vast majority of stewards have common sense and all are trained.

I would question the common sense one at times, depends which steward you get.

As ever there seems to be some passing the blame or not my problem.
