....today, in our tea point at work, somebody had actually used a paper towell to clear up some spillage. Now, in itself, that's a rare and commendable act but they then left the screwed up, wet & dirty paper towel FESTERING on the side just feet from where the bin is and surely THERE'S NOTHING WORSE than this?
