The newspaper have decided to name him because

"it was "unsustainable" for newspapers to be prevented from sharing information which is easily available on the internet"

and that the injunction

"holds no legal force in Scotland, where a separate court order is needed".

Can definetly see the arguement for the first point, but can anyone confirm whether the second point is true?

There's nothing in that picture that names ANYONE. Nor is there anything in the story beneath the picture that says he's been having an affair. All it says is that the person in the picture has been "accused of using the courts to keep allegations of a sexual affair secret".
