The DJ at Brixton last year (or was that this year) was quality and really got the crowd going.

Lynval will be busy tonight, he has a record signing at Resident tonight at 6, will then be on stage with Pama International and then on again with the Specials. Then he is playing again with Pama International at the Specials after show party.

I need to focus on this energy to get me skanking tonight.

Sydney .
You're in for a treat .
Saw them here in Sydney in July .
It was just them doing what they do best .
Never seen such a large gathering of 48-year old males
grinning from from ear to ear in the pubs around Newtown & Enmore .
I'm mean , The Specials reforming and travelling to Oz to perform .
Who'd believe that'd ever happen !!

Fancy a beer later?

Spoke to a fella in Doha who saw them last week in Margate, he said not to bother with the support.

Myself and Tubby will be in town from 6ish.

Back in Sussex
Saw them at Glasto (as did Arthur I imagine) and they were pretty damned good.

(Very funny Dave)

Looks like a sell out, Dave, but it's always worth ringing the venue in case of returns.

The Doors are playing too!

Sorry had to be done.

How reliable are these provisional times? I've been caught out before when the main act comes on at eight and the gig finishes at ten.

When I saw the Specials (this tour) previously they came on about 9.30/9.45 (Terry Hall - Man U fan was watching the footie) and played through almost the first two albums.

Great times had by all

Sure that wasn't lokki 7?

That was one of the most memorable gigs ever. Such a great night. Are you going tonight? We are.

Getting all moist at the thought, may have to warn work that I'll be late in tomorrow

I saw them in Edinburgh last Thursday and they were absolutely sensational. They came on about 9.15-9.30 and were on for about an hour and a half. Probably the best gig I've ever been to. Certainly the best in the last 25 years.
