Just got back from a countryside walk, around the back of Arundel.
After some fruitless chases my 1 year old retriever actually, caught and killed his 1st pheasant.
Very proud of the fella, as after the deed was done he just sat with it & waited for us.
The only problem is I now have a plump pheasant hanging up in my shed & have know idea what to do next.
I'd greatly appricate a step by step guide (idiot proof), to get it from my shed, & into a roasting tin. (preferably without touching it )
