Actually worked OK tonight. Legged it out at the final whistle, made it on to the 1st train waiting at Falmer station, then straight on to train waiting at Brighton station which left two minutes later. Home in Wivelsfield by 11:00

Arrived at Brighton Station about 10:50 after leaving after the final whistle. Job done.

Parked in Coledean on a friends drive - 20 mins walk from ground - in car at 10.40 - Shoreham 11pm.
A few more people should try walking - if you're willing to walk 20-30 mins theres loads of places to park on the outskirts of Brighton

stayed until the end and got on the stage coach special and was in shoreham by 23:00 .....v good.........the park and ride queues looked bad

Left in an orderly fashion at the final whistle, was sent the wrong way by two stewards but found my way to Falmer North bus stop anyway and was home in Lewes just before 2300.

I will try and find the Uni bus stop next time.

Left at final whistle, walked to Mithras House, by some sheer fluke there was a cab there (cabbie had been to the game!) so was home in Preston Park by 23:10. Result!

The train back to Sunderland tonight takes 10hrs 56mins with 5 changes. Just saying.
