I wonder what those 3 would have done pushing a bobsleigh?

As an aside, I'm sure someone has mentioned it, already but:-

In the 9.64 sec, 100m, Bolt made 41 strides, his feet were touching the ground for just over 2 seconds.
So he was in the air, for just over 7 seconds.

The boy was waving his arm around like a wind sock in a hurricane.

What's the point in all this athletics crap, most of the winners are on drugs. After watching Lisa Dobriskey in the 1500m I've just reading this article:
European Athletics Championships 2010: Lisa Dobriskey loses out to a former drug cheat - Telegraph

Not only was the winner a druggie, but so have most of the 1500m winners in recent years. It's a complete joke and waste of time.

Oh, and as a side note, the US has just broken East Germany's 30 year old 100m relay record. It goes without saying that the East Germans were on drugs (the fact that they were allowed to keep the record is half of the problem), so who thinks the US beat it (despite poor change-overs) without drugs?

The cycling mentality:-

Geraint Thomas ‏@GeraintThomas86
Surely it was the sprint GB boys best chance of a medal?! Their whole year should have been about that. No?!

Absolutely stunning, there are legends of distance running who never managed to do what he has just done.
