You'd get a much better return, for a much lower stake, on a winning fixed odds accumulator. Two weeks ago I turned £5 into £128.60 by correctly backing nine home wins, all strong favourites. You're more likely to make a profit than relying on dozens of consecutive bets coming in - you only need one wrong and you're starting again - and you don't get to the pant-wetting terror of having thousands riding on a result.

How is this different to 1 person putting a bet on every horse?

All the odds are covered and you are not just betting on dead certs at 1/10

Plus if you get enough of you to play... there will be one winner off NSC that will win a lot of cash with a layout of about £10

never met a poor bookie

There is this. If places like casino's and bookies didn't make a profit, they wouldn't exist. Therefore, cumalitavely (sp?) people would lose more than they gain in total. However individuals can obviously still profit massively! Personally I do ok off accumalator's, but all you need is 1 muck up and there goes your potential £150 odd only £1!

But what I mean is that you suggest a group (of say 10 people) put individual bets on a race. Then one of them wins £100. This £100 is then divided back amongst the 10 people (so all get £10 each) and then they each go and place bets on 10 horses in a race. One of those horses then obviously wins, and they share the money again and repeat the process?

How is that any different to 1 person starting with £100, and putting individual bets on himself?

Because what you have described is nothing like what i have described.

watch the you tube video.. Its basically like a knockout where one person will win every race... some will go through majority lose on the first race, and so on... eventually one person will win. Its hard to explain...

Somewhere over there...
Im CHEATING and have gone for a double on Zenit St Petersburg and dynamo Kiev to win. Returns will be £16 exactly.
If they win, I will put it all on PSG to win tonight, can't remember odds on that one (think it was 4/9 this morning).
