According to the article a lot of estate agents are transferring to letting-i guess its a bit like good and bad AIDS. Lesser of two evils.

Even this morning they were still trying to talk the property market up.

Their claim to seeing green shoots of recovery is that they are now selling, on average, one more house per month than they did last month.

Well of course you are you twats, when so many of you have closed. Stop trying to con us.

This translates as no jobs for school leavers at Burger King next year due to upskilling of ex estate agents.

bollocks, they've lived it up on the back of inflating the market for years, and more directly involved than most bank workers in fuelling the bubble. though i dont believe those numbers, if there really is 300k of them out there, thats over 1% of the work force.

You know how it is when an impressionable 5 year old learns a new word.

They just have to keep using it all the time, even though they are not clever enough to grasp what it really means.

Well Inbred gets banned for trolling and is now trying to get others banned. Since his unfortunate return I am at least the second person to be accused of trolling.

PS
If I thought he was important enough I would search out the other example.

My mate is an estate agent and he's got a wife two young kids and a mortgage like the rest of us, why should I, or anyone else be happy that he's going to lose his job?
