Speaking to our well known delicate flower - Buzzer - this morning we thought we would let the great and the good of NSC decide whether Sushi is a culinary delight or basically a load of overrated shite.

Sashimi is more the raw fish stuff, Sushi has less of the raw fish, and normally involves smoked or cooked fish bundled together with rice. But you may still hate that, fair play!

Nah - you have some cucumber maki in your picture above. Other variations include...

- Asparagus
- Pepper
- Carrot
- Avocado
- Tofu
- Tamago (Japanese omelette)
- Pickled daikon
- Umeboshi

Regardless, it's all about the wasabi.

I absolutely bloody LOVE it. TBH I'll even have the cheap and nasty shit from supermarkets, although I like to think I appreciate the real deal too, it is much nicer.
