Stadium: is a place, or venue, for (mostly) outdoor sports, concerts or other events, consisting of a field or stage partly or completely surrounded by a structure designed to allow spectators to stand or sit and view the event.

Arena: Much the same as a stadium but the key feature of an arena is that the event space is the lowest point, allowing for maximum visibility.

Ground: this seems to be a bit more difficult to define, I get the feeling that its just not PC to play at a football "ground" anymore so 20th century.

What about the Saunders Honda Stadium previously the Deva stadium or The 96.6 TFM Darlington Arena.

Yes you guessed I am bored shitless at work this afternoon!
