Ok, so it's going to be a year before we start building the Amex New Goldstone Community Dome, but what would YOU like to see (and what would you not like to see) included in the plans for the new stadium? Big screens? A museum? A statue to Dick Knight?

For me, I would like to see some decent catering and hope we don't just take the Pukka Pies option. Harveys on draught and a bit of imagination to the food for a start.

Oh, and some decent football would be nice.

Given the amount of time that it has taken to get to Falmer I would like us to set an example of how a stadium should be build to minimise the impact on the environment. Given that I am now living in an area with no running water and am reduced to using "grey water" to flush my toilet, it got me thinking, why can't they do the same at a football stadium, surely it isn't that difficult to collect and store rainwater.

On to the catering side, I also hope that we can offer an alternative from greasy burgers and pukka pies. How about having our own catering company, sourcing as much of the ingredients locally (reduces the carbon footprint), benefit of this is that it should be cheaper and all the profits can be ploughed back into the club. A few people have asked that Harveys be served at the ground, brilliant idea, the brewery is only a few miles from the ground...if there are restaurants, why not serve wine from Sussex too?

This is a brilliant opportunity to show how a large sports stadium can be built in keeping and sympathetic with its environment, please, please, please don't miss the chance to set a good example...particularly to our detractors.

Don't you worry, Mr Ditchy, sir. Selling stadium displays is funnily enough my line of work, and I am already in discussions with the architects about this very thing. Its far too early to be looking at the fit-out of the place of course, but I am so determined that they buy this from me and not one of our competitors.

If I have to sit in my seat at Falmer and look at someone else cheap American shit display it will grip me something chronic!

Even though it's a new stadium I want it to have the feel the old stadiums have. The tightness and hostility.I hate all these over-comfortable grounds. It takes the life out the sport.
