That is exactly what I mean empire, surely it wouldn't be beyond the realms of possibility to have most of the food and drink either sourced or produced locally...I believe they do something similar at Norwich, mind you they do have Delia on board to organise it all.

i ,myself have catered for the masses,and its been good quality,glastobury,womad,reading rock,beach dreams in shoreham etc etc,i really think that a lot of stadiums serve shite food because noone comes forward,lets hope the club send out the right signals and local companys can put in tenders

Agreed - this would be an opportunity to see if some of those 'Friends of the Albion' can grasp a business opportunity.
