South Coast League

With five south coast teams playing each other in League One this season, I thought it might be an interesting idea to create a special South Coast League table for this season. Just like the real League One table - but only including matches played between the five teams.

Results so far ...

Bournemouth 3 0 Exeter
Brighton 1 1 Bournemouth
Plymouth 0 2 Brighton
Southampton 2 0 Bournemouth
Southampton 0 1 Plymouth

And the table ...

Code:
................	P	W	D	L	F	A	GD	Pts

Brighton & H A 2	1	1	0	3	1	2	4
Bournemouth	3	1	1	1	4	3	1	4
Southampton	2	1	0	1	2	1	1	3
Plymouth A	2	1	0	1	1	2	-1	3
Exeter City	1	0	0	1	0	3	-3	0

Next game is the Albion against Exeter on 2 November.

Who will be champions when all 20 games have been played?

Being pedantic, if Exeter win we can disqualify them for not really being on the coast - it is about 10 miles up the River Exe.

Out of interest.............do you still have a BBC computer? :)
As it happens .. I do. It's in the loft, together with the Philip's cassette tape recorder that it was connected up to.

But this particular thread was posted using a brand new HP laptop - bought three weeks ago.

Here you go

Code:
	          P W D L F A GD Pts

Brighton & H A 2 1 1 0 3 1 2 4
Bournemouth 3 1 1 1 4 3 1 4
Southampton 2 1 0 1 2 1 1 3
Plymouth A 2 1 0 1 1 2 -1 3
Exeter City 1 0 0 1 0 3 -3 0

Beaten to it, but mine's a bit neater

It works for me. I guess it comes down to settings on the machine being used by Art Vs Science that I can't adjust.

On my PC it displays with a bar along the bottom which works, but it won't move Albion's line into the correct position :lolol:

Just Jesting LB, i used to have an HP but refuse to buy their Laptops anymore due to their Blue light wireless malfunction oin many of their laptops. they refuse to ackknowledge it is a major problem even though they have a patch to fix it that does not work. If you have a blue/orange wireless system on yours ......beware.

Wherever The Mood Takes Me
A local league is about your usual standard.

Dunno about that but I find it very funny that in two years your closest rivals in terms of league position and geographical position will be Crawley. What a local League 1 derby that will be. Not that I'll give a shit because we'll be in the Championship by then looking up rather than down at you bunch of cnuts
