We're missing our big guns Yardy, Prior and Wright.

It's like that phrase "Too many chiefs, not enough Indians" but in reverse :(

I am just glad they let us play for a little bit, so we can get some practice for the matches against the lesser teams like hampshire

Lancashire are like the Harlem Globetrotters, they have already won the league, infact they are almost close to catching up with Nigel Adkins; Southampton team.

220? We'll be lucky if we get 180.

22 - Handy partnership, this. Gatting has, er, 22 of them.

The Naved brother - 0 runs off 41 balls. Would it be fair to say we've got quite a long tail?

What an afternoon session - 80 for 5. I'm sure there's plenty more where that came from :(

I'm not saying we always look for somebody to blame.....BUT.......Hailsham Seagull you have a LOT to answer for

165/6

:shootself

Blame accepted, but these were Robbos words, not mine.
This wicket will get worse as it goes on, wouldnt want to bat last, I reckon it took Lancs the first session to get their bowling right and if we get to 230 ish, that will be a good score.
Keedy and Monty should have a field day 2nd innings.
Expect this match to finish within three days
