and suggesting that it is McGhee's fault for not being able to coach our forwards to that level is laughable

But my point is that he was a forward himself so he should be able to coach talented strikers like Leon and CKR, lets throw in forwards like Carole. The fact that he cant speaks volumes and they are "shot shy" is down to ONE man - The Manager.
