From what I have heard, he will be on a flight from Qatar in the early hours of the morning arriving into Heathrow at 06.55. He will then be making his way to the Amex, probably after having an hour or two's rest. Suspect the deal will be announced just after midday tomorrow.

Ive been told along these lines, should be announced tomorrow - though ive heard a 5PM announcement time.

Fantastic news. Should have signed Jackson when he was at Gillingham IMHO. Reminds me a bit of Kurt Nogan. Much more focussed on goal than CMS, and sharper and nimbler than Ashley Barnes and without the attitude. Jackson and Ulloa could well go on to form a legendary partnership, assuming we sign him up at the end of the season. Loving it!
