Oh and yes the crime and immigration HAS got worse under Labour.
Wasnt that great before but dfinately worse now.

Hope this helps

So Whiteley you twat, i stand by my initial comment of i think lefties are soft and yes i resorted to abuse for no other reason than i just don't like you!

Where does it say some lefties above?

Have a look at the Political Compass and you will see how left wing New Labour are. Anyone who regards themselves as a socialist will disagree with you and say that New Labour are not left wing. The old Labour Party was, New Labour isn't.

Have a go on it, it is not biased to any particular party, you get askeed questions and then it gives you an answer as to where you are on the political spectrum.

Since when are New Labour lefties? They aren't far much removed from the Tory party. Traditional Socialists hate New Labour. For all of you who are maybe not sure about what political persuasion they are try this site:

Read the homepage and take the test. It will be interesting to see what some people on here come out as!

Libertarian Left, squeezed between the Dalai Lama and Nelson Mandella.

Err....it didnt say anything about me wanting to appear soft...moron. Just the opposite, so if you are going to banter back at least get it right!

The point was made due to how pathetic some lefties go on about issues. If some one defies their retoric of how immigrants are great for this country no matter how many and we should all embrace them, then all of a sudden the "You Racist" remarks are wheeled out quicker that John Reid at a Cabinet reshuffle.
Also...New Labour, Tough On Crime..Tough On The Causes Of Crime.........................................Dont make me f***ing laugh.
More like ..New Labour, Its societies fault your a criminal so we'll let you go with a jolly good talking to or if you are a foreign criminal we'll just say what the hell and let you go anyway. But if you are a naughty young person its not your fault either so we'll send you on safari because will teach you not to commit crime won't it?

So Whiteley you twat, i stand by my initial comment of i think lefties are soft and yes i resorted to abuse for no other reason than i just don't like you!:lolol:

FAO Southover Street Seagull......

Try reading the post again.....TWAT!

Ive even put it above for you. Its not a wordsearch motherfucker. I'll even give you a clue it comes after the word pathetic...ironically enough!

Do you mind being called a racist though? You seem someone who'd be quite proud to be called that - it would show you how "hard" you are.

The two constructive points you try to make are complete bollocks. New Labour's rhetoric on crime is borrowed straight from Thatcherism, and with Cameron going all Blairite there is now no discernable difference between the two main parties on this issue. Blunkett was one of the founders of New Labour but enjoyed the reputation of being one of the most populist right-wing Home Secretaries we've ever had.

As to people being called racists if they attack immigration, yes they will be if they indulge in lazy, racist stereotypes that demean all immigrants.

If you can come up with some intelligent, rational arguments as to why immigration might be bad from Britain, then you won't be, it's that simple.

The economic case for immigration has always been overwhelming - whether it was Thatcher or Blair in charge of this country, they have been allowed into this country because British industry needs their hard work in certain industries that have labour shortages, and vital government services also need them, for example, the National Health Service would have collapsed long ago without migrant labour.

Big G I have read your post and is there really any need to be so ride in your reply. Hell you don't even know me or my politics.
I have read your post again and the only time "some" comes up in there is in the line "The point was made due to how pathetic some lefties go on about issues." You never say in your original reply to Whitely I think some lefties are soft. You say lefties are soft. Say how soft you think he is to an ex Yorkshire miner, who no doubt will probably be very left wing.
Have you looked at the political compass yet? It tells you how not left win New Labour is.
Hope you have a good evening.

Wasn't it the lefties of this world who forced army officals to send the recently aquitted Irish guards on trial for drowning a 15 year old Iraqi boy?All because of the human rights act.I don't blame some of them are quitting the army.f***ing joke if you ask me.Who wants to be a member of the armed forces in this day in age?

I know - I have so many lefty mates working at the Ministry of Defence, you wouldn't believe it :jester:

The unbelievable thing in this case is that we learnt it's standard procedure for the British army in Iraq to catch looters and chuck them in the river as a kind of "soft" deterrent punishment. This 15-year-old panicked and drowned.

I agree with you Algie that putting the low-ranking troops on trial for this was a joke - it is the incompetent fools (senior officers/politicians) who order young soldiers into hostile regions to do public order duties when they have little or no training/expertise to carry out such specialised police work who should have been put on trial for the death of this boy.

No it hasn't been over whelming. At best, meaning leftwing, theres a marginal gain in GDP. There is also a drop in real wages for the poor.

These stats usually ignore a swarth of other factors such as impact on infrastructure, population density. As well as political issues.

The second part of your post defies beleif. There only has been a Massive increase in net immigratrion since labour got in, before the 90's net immigration was low. In the thousands rather than the 100's of thousands. Hardly likley to affect recruitment in the nhs.
