For their survival i would think they'd be looking for something different. If they cared little for their survival, then they'd look for someone from divisions below with no top flight managerial experience. But i doubt they want a new beginning and wish for security without learning curves instead. If they madly offered him it, then it would be an attractive offer. Much bigger club than Reading and could be transformed into a half-decent midtable side. I don't think the'll come a-knocking though.
