Bournemouth captain Steve Cook going off with a hamstring injury has been a massive blow for plucky. Hopefully he’ll miss a few games now. They look much weaker without him.

Liverpool have a massive incentive of needing 4 wins as quickly as possible to secure the title. They’ll want to achieve it before they are forced to play in empty stadiums.
They will be gutted if they can’t share a title celebration with their fans after waiting 30 years.

It may well be won away from home anyway, where they’d have a token 3,000 supporters. The real celebrations for clubs with huge support are the parades where hundreds of thousands get the chance. They will be elated with another trophy.

The classic quote was roughly that Brighton brought in a new manager to to take them to the next level which will be the Championship, whilst Wolves will make the Champions League sooner rather than later. I think the pundit was a Wolves fan

That’s was so frustrating it’s like people want us to fail for us having the cheek to try and improve our position. Anyone who has watched us this season can see we have made huge strides forward but it will all count for nothing if we go down.

In my opinion we were just too complacent in those first few months and dropped points when we should have won (Burnley home, Palace and Newcastle away) thinking we will be alright in the end. We should have treated those games like we would at this stage of the season. That six points would have us virtually safe by now.

Which obviously wouldn’t take place if the game had been played behind closed doors, as suggested in the post you quoted, due to Covid 19. :D

Whatever happens today I hope we show the same spirit and fight that Bournemouth did. They chased and challenged everything, no shame when you lose like that.
