The real reason they are in such a bad way is losing Tom Heaton. They've also badly missed McGinn, who is due back on Saturday

Easy to gloat about Villa defeat. I watched all game and Villa should have been 2 up in first 10mins. This was followed by terrible keeper error and joke penalty and then never in game.
The sides that stay up will of course have to play well in 3/4 games but also have some fortune with VARS etc.

Norwich Bournemouth and West Ham will all expect home wins on Saturday.

We'll see. Palace's away form is up there with the best this season, Wolves if they turn up are obviously very strong - game on Thursday night though so great chance for West ham unfortunately as they'll be knackered, and Norwich... Not so worried about them just yet anyway but I'd bet on a draw there. Can we turn up against the Gooners??

I watched the entire match too. Villa matched Leicester for ten minutes, but Leicester seized control and it was boys against men for 80 plus minutes. Early in that dominant period, LCFC should’ve buried three headers for example. The Villa RB Guilbert, Engels and Samatta shocking, no midfield. Hourihane the only player who was average.

And yet, all three are odds-against, ranging from 2.46 to 2.92 on Betfair, and West Ham and Norwich aren't even favourite. Big gap between expectation and likelihood perhaps?

Oh I can feel an accumulator coming on

I genuinely can't do any more than that, to help the Albion's survival.

I’d be more inclined to gloat about their fixtures.

We have a tough March and April ahead but at least we’ll be playing 3 sides in mid-table obscurity in May. Villa’s fixtures are all against top 10 expect a trip to Everton, a home tie to away-theft-specialists-Palace and a relegation crunch March against West Ham.

They need to be a form side to survive, not one who surrenders 4-0 so easily.

Condemned with the Canaries IMHO. It’s then one from the other four to go down.

Great result tonight and massive damage to Villa's GD

This. Their defence in particular is shambolic - all over the place.

After we beat you a month or so ago?

We might surprise you mate. Trust me I'm a cynical as they come but we held Chelsea, should have got a point at Liverpool and were royally robbed at burnley by VAR

We have a few decent fixtures, lets see how it pans out.

I am not writing you off, you have been playing well on what I’ve seen
