It might work is her name was P4 OSH bit it is POSH.

To be honest I'd feel pretty cool hurtling round Brighton in a Trabant with TUBTHUMPER 1 on the plate.

They have withdrawn plates forceably before, there was a plumbers that got WH 05 HAT - spaced as "WH0 5HAT" - but this was taken back.
