you f***ing idiot. Withdean only held 7500.
We have fans that went to some games and then didnt go to others. Thousands that would never buy a ticket at withdean, but will at the amex. Brighton fans that have always followed brighton through thick and thin. Our crowds were regularly 25k in the early 80's and then hit the 20k mark in the late 80's, then the decline. But those fans are still there. We took 30k to cardiff for a league 1 play off final in 2004. So by your reckoning, thats 23k plastics went to cardiff then?
You have no idea the huge fanbase down here and to be honest, that the way i like it. You thinking you're all the bigger club an all.

we are the bigger club.jesus you are seriously losing it.

So? Should have filled it then.
And don't try and say a 7k crowd in a 8k stadium is better than a 16k crowd in a 26k stadium. Please nobody really thinks that do they?

But back then we were fighting to stay in the league! Lets look at the the attendances at Selhurst when Palace were doing the same. Oh, 12-13k! Again, Since you are/might be getting a 25k seater new stadium, where will the extra fans come from? and i've also heard it could be be expanded to 40k! now where are those lot going to come from?

palace a bigger club? Well lets look at this:-

Trophies -
Brighton - Charity Shield/ Champions of England v Palace - Nothing
Crowds
Brighton 18500 season tickets & a waiting list. Palace 8000 and give away tickets at croydon council and hope for a large away following to make up the numbers. Even with 4500/5000 west ham fans palace limped to a crowd that we get every week
Palace have been above Brighton for 20 years after Brighton were asset stripped and had to play 140 round trip from home and then at a limited athletics track in the lower divisions - well done
Away support
Brighton have even when in the lower league had a bigger away support
Historic support, Brighton have had the highest crowds even when in the lower leagues, as crowds like 34000 against Rochdale shows. Palace? Sorry mate you are small fry and we will leave you behind over the next few years. Project Brighton is still on track, a couple of results does not change that

Do you understand administration?Obviously not our owners have nothing to do with previous owners debts.Or does your sugar daddy have to account for Archer.

Jog on until you get 20K crowds every week and have a waiting list like us (without 5000 away fans and giving away tickets). Come back also when you have won a major trophy like us.

IF it is built then partially from the sale of Selhurst Park which the club own you thick twat, certainly not from poker winnings, and any stadium that is built would be a fraction of the cost of your overpriced effort with the added benefit of people actually able to get there by train without hassle.
