Apparently there's a lot of cross over rowing/cycling training.
Romero was never the best cyclist when rowing.
I can't help thinking there's going to be a fair few people looking at the cyling set up and thinking, 'I'll have some of that'.

I keep going back today and staring at the medal table.It's one of the most incredible things i've ever seen! (after labia being chopped off on Ch4 currently)
Just think of the results if we opened up more tracks/velodromes/lake opportunity to the urban poor.
What hope do we have of hanging on to 3rd this week?

Rebecca Romero is riding the womens points race with every GB athlete having medalled so far in their event on the track, she doesn't want to be the first to break that record and not get anything. Its only her second atempt in a very tactical race.

100 laps normally normally about 15 sprints 5,4,3,2,1 points (like the green jersey in TDF) but if you make up a lap ie go around and catch the pack you get 20 points.
