1st. Greer - so consistent
2nd. El Abd - just getting better and better, a SUPERB Championship defender now. Starting to think he could possibly do it in the Prem.
3rd. Bridcutt - was higher but a slightly poorer 2nd half to season.

Honourable mentions to Vicente and Buckley.

Buckley for me. Although he has not played LOADS, when he has played he has scored the most vital goals, he bluddy LOVES scoring after 80 mins in that North goal innit :)

I like Greer and El Abd but it's surely got to be Bridcutt for his amazing tackling, his ability to out jump bigger opponents, and then play the inch perfect pass and make it all look so easy............................. if his was Spanish and was aloud to play an attacking role, we would all be chanting Ole, Ole Ole Oleeeee, Bridcutt,Bridcutt........................

Bridcutt easy IMO.

Really surprised that Greer is leading. He's been a rock but has had bad games.

For me Liam Bridcutt is without question player of the season. Bar the 3 matches he has been out through yellow card suspensions, hasn't missed a game. He dominates the midfield EVERY week, out-jumps players twice the size of him, wins the ball back almost every time and is actually one of our more forward thinking midfielders.

Honestly feel that people don't realise how important he is to Brighton and there will be a lot of interest in him this summer. With the exception of Vincente, he is the number one player we must keep hold of.
