"Is my ex-girlfriend a slut." Marvellous stuff. Who can forget dear old Precious Jewel.

Hmm, a toughie. Dessigate is good, but so was Hiney's "There's going to be a fight in a minute".

...and for the real Old Timers, the "Pete" thread from about 1997 took some beating - although that may just be the mists of time filtered through rose-tinted nostalgic spectacles that is clouding my judgment.

Decisions, decisions...

(I haven't voted yet by the way - I may have to sleep on this and come back to it tomorrow.)

Rob Roy brief career ruffled a few feathers and deserves a mention as one of Dwayne's better attempts to liven the place up whilst banned.

Remind me - don't remember it. My favourite from 1997 was the threads when we used to trash other message boards - one baseball team in particular on Xmas Eve springs to mind

I haven't read Dessie Flounce Gate, so I'm going with Family Fortunes...

BTW, top effort from Lammy for coining the phrase 'triple flounce'.

If it isn't already part of an ice-dancing routine, it certainly should be.

The seagull trapped in the chimney by Deano's Right Foot was wonderful entertainment, and has quite rightly left a lasting legacy on the NSC badge at the top. I remember following the whole thing at work and being absolutely ENTHRALLED. Pictures and everything, great descriptions of what was going on. Just a wonderful thread.

I was around then but can't remember it. What happened?

Turkeygate was fun and Dwayne and Zig going at it was top entertainment.
What about Harveys mistaking Will Packham for a black bloke?
