I have 3 or 4 middle of the night slashes , a sign of old age

Sent off a second email a few hours earlier, still no reply.

They must be busy.

I sent them an email yesterday as they charged me twice for the shirt I bought on Saturday, got a reply within 10 mins asking to ring them for a refund. Good service!
