I think it was because winning at this level was so easy for them that it became boring, because lets face it, their team is stunning and their manager is so talented that simply looking at him for too long makes lasers shoot out of your face in amazement.

Now he's a free agent, I'm surprised you haven't made a move for him. Lets look at the facts,TB isn't able/refusing to pay transfer fees, young and English, a big improvement on what you've got, and obviously Premiership football just around the corner, it's a no brainer isn't it ?

We can't afford £8m (minimum) for a rightback, that's just not feasible, even if you discount that ALL the world's greatest clubs are falling over themselves to get him. I think you have an overinflated view of us.
