I'm after King Tubby's Special with U.Roy but having trouble finding it so far.

Ok, onto Pablo. Too many to chose from, but I particularly like this one.

Great choice. I was looking at a bit of AP too. Can I be cheeky and have one from Mad Professor?

More a remixer and producer than an artist but his Massive Attack remix album is a work of art.

Couldn't find no protection so went for this one:

Once saw Mad Professor at the Concorde. Couldn't come within 10 feet of the speakers. My stomach was literally churning.

Take what you like from the Mad prof

I have many happy memories of listening to Dub Me Crazy Vol 7. Great series and art work to rival Prince Jammy's covers.

Edit my above post. I meant Scientists' LP covers rather than Jammy's.

Couldn't find anything form DMC vol 7, so here's the dub to Macka B's Unemployment Blues from the DMC Vol 8 album instead.

As Bunny wailer has come up, seems a good opportunity to put a up a good tune and point people towards one of the best reggae films ever made.

thankyou , you like matisyahu ?

He's ok yes.

Anyone who knows the history behind rasta reggae won't find it particularly unusual to find an Orthodox Jew embracing the genre.

rita marley?

Probably my favourite Rita Marley tune is Lion & The Lamb, but I'm having trouble finding it on youtube.

I've already posted some Marcia Griffiths, so I might as well get the complete I Threes set and put something up from Judy Mowatt.

Bear with me a minute.

Here's my fav Judy Mowatt. As I said before, I'm a sucker for any hint of Nyabinghi. If you listen well it will also help explain what I was saying about your man Matisyahu too.

Yet again I've got carried away on a reggae thread and flooded it

I think I'd better bow out. So to try to tie in a few themes. As we've got onto the I Threes, I'll leave with one of Marley's sons.

I think this Damien Marley tune is a modern classic and it brings us back to the era of the original post by Buzzer.
