Nope they wont be an issue as they wasn't for Taylor initially, Coppell, Adams, Hinshelwood, Gritt (at Gillingham) and Wood (at Gillingham).

How many of them managed us in the Championship? We're playing the likes of Sheffield United, Wolves, Reading and Leeds now, not Rochdale, Hartlepool or Torquay.

How many of them kept us up at Championship level?

Not much of a comparison is it?

No its not. But again people are misreading it. Im saying that people who apply for the job know what to expect.

And in sort of answer answer to your question - two managed us at this level Hinshelwood and Coppell. Coppells record after boxing day would have had us 13th in the league. I remember Sporting Life printed a half season league table. It was our beginning of the season results that f***ed us up that year.
