Ever tried a thai cosmo? Pretty much the same, but with homemade lemongrass vodka and a dash of ginger....

Bluejuice, as for the mojito, try a feijohito (one of my own inventions).... swap the rum for feijoa flavoured vodka. I think a couple of the staff in Quod might still know how to make it..
