with the personel we have left available we may as well change formation and play 4-3-3, means we dont need a forth midfielder and can go more attacking

3 in midfield - we dont have any wingers, so why play any any - Cox, Thomson and Mayo (if indeed he is starting)

4 in defence - Wing, Elphick, Butters, Richards

Actually I don't think you can re-call players on long-term loans, only short-terms ones.

Bearing in mind your location, how do you know he is crap?

He has played a few minutes for the first team in a Daffy Duck Cup game at Bristol City last season, so it is hard for anyone to pass real judgement on him.

The reason people speak so poorly of him is because he has performed consistently below the level required of him for sometime now. However this is the fault of managers who have picked him and played him at LB.
